Milan Ratkovich is the Executive Vice President of The Ratkovich Company (TRC). Ratkovich has managed and overseen all of TRCs current projects including: The Alhambra – a 1 million square foot, 45-acre mixed use project; 5900 Wilshire – a 450,000 square foot, 31 story high-rise located in the Miracle Mile; The Hercules Campus – 11 historic buildings consisting of over 530,000 square feet which was formerly Hughes Aircraft and now home to Google, YouTube and 72andSunny; The Bloc –1.9 million square foot mixed use development in Downtown Los Angeles; and most recently West Harbor – a 42 acre waterfront retail development in the Port of Los Angeles.
