Jingbo Lou is the president of J Lou Architect. Lou’s work centers on historic preservation and community revitalization. He was the developer, architect, and general contractor on the Hotel Normandie, a Historic- Cultural Monument that was completed in 2015. Mr. Lou currently serves on the Planning Commission for the City of San Gabriel.
