Adam Daneshgar, president of Langdon Street Capital, is a native Angeleno with over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Langdon’s commercial real estate investments include over 2,000 multifamily units, 100,000 sf of office space, and 100,000 sf of retail space among other unique assets such as the historic Grand Central Market and Million Dollar Theater in Los Angeles. Daneshgar serves on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Center Business Improvement District and is a member of the Central City Association. Daneshgar earned his Master’s Degree of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California with Honors distinction and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor Degree in Economics
