Visiting the Office
You're welcome to visit the Conservancy office in downtown Los Angeles to purchase merchandise or reserve tours in person, or to use our resource library of books, photographs, historical surveys, environmental impact reports (EIRs), and individual building files.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location: 523 W. Sixth Street, Suite 826, Los Angeles, CA 90014

We're on the eighth floor of the Pacific Center building on Pershing Square, at the corner of Olive and Sixth Streets (with entrances on Grand Avenue, Sixth Street, and Olive Street).

Parking is scarce and expensive downtown. There is very limited space in our building ($10, enter on Olive St.) and more space in the Pershing Square garage across the street. There are also surface lots nearby. We encourage you to take the Metro Red Line to the Pershing Square stop; we're right across Pershing Square on Olive Street.

Subway Terminal Building
417 S. Hill Street, Los Angeles

This exceptional building, whose design derives from a 15th century Florentine palazzo, was constructed as the original terminus of the Pacific Electric Railway system. Thousands of Angelenos traveled daily to and from the concourse and underground platforms beneath the building. Today, restoration to the lobby, with its mosaic designs, pink Tennessee marble floor, and skylit ceiling has brought the building back to life. Its owners are also planning to convert the upper floors of the building to apartments.

Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument #177.
